Overview
Built a comprehensive financial administration platform for MN Tradings, handling loans, deductions, transactions, and company accounts across 10+ distinct user roles with automated approval workflows and complete audit trails.
The Challenge
MN Tradings managed complex financial operations — loans, deductions, multi-department transactions — using spreadsheets with no enforcement of approval chains, no audit trail, and report generation that took hours of manual work each cycle.
The Solution
Built a Next.js admin platform with a granular RBAC system covering 10+ user roles, automated multi-level approval workflows, and complete audit trails for all financial operations. Implemented advanced data tables with filter, sort, pagination, and one-click CSV/PDF export via jsPDF. Used Zustand for global state and React Query for server state consistency.
Outcome
Replaced manual spreadsheet financial management with a fully automated approval and reporting system. Report generation dropped from hours to a single click. The platform handles concurrent multi-role operations with full audit trails ensuring compliance and accountability.
