Tyler's Laundry — Web App
Overview
Built the full marketing site and booking web app for Tyler's Laundry, a premium laundry and dry-cleaning service based in Banjul, The Gambia. The platform covers the complete customer journey from landing to booked order.
The Challenge
Tyler's Laundry had no online presence — customers could only book by phone or walk-in. The business needed a professional site that communicated their value proposition, listed services clearly, and let customers book pickup and delivery without calling.
The Solution
Built a Next.js landing page with clearly structured sections: hero with the core tagline, service breakdowns, a how-it-works flow, customer testimonials, and a contact/booking section. Added a 20% first-order incentive onboarding flow and a booking form capturing pickup address, service type, and preferred time slots.
Outcome
Live at tyler-laundry-web-app.netlify.app. Customers can now discover services, understand pricing, and submit a booking entirely online — eliminating the phone-only bottleneck and giving the business a professional web presence.
